§ 32.15 COMMITTEE ON FLOOD RESILIENCE.
   The Committee on Flood Resilience shall consist of four members of the Town Council to whom shall be referred all appropriate matters governing flooding and drainage issues, public projects and any policy matters concerning flooding and drainage in the town and all issues pertaining thereto.
