§ 30.36 PUBLIC COMMENTS AT TOWN PUBLIC MEETINGS.
   Public comments shall be permitted at all town public meetings. Public comments at Town Council meetings are governed by other provisions in this code. Any person shall address the public body only during the designated time period. Two minutes and 30 seconds will be allowed for each speaker. The Chairperson, subject to appeal pursuant to the applicable rules of the presiding public body, of any public meeting may elect to allow those public comments related to published agenda items to speak prior to those making general comments on non-agenda items.
