§ 112.36 TOWN INDEMNIFICATION.
   (A)   The towing contractor covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the town from any and all claims, suits, actions, damages, and causes of action which might arise during the term of the rotation system for any personal injury, loss of life, and property damage or any damage whatsoever sustained in the performance of any wrecker services resulting from the contract, and to defend any action or proceeding brought thereon and from and against any orders, judgments, and decrees as may be entered therein.
   (B)   The towing contract agrees and warrants to the town, holding the town harmless for any acts of the towing contractor, or contractor's employees which in any way damages any persons or property due to the prescriptive negligence of the towing contractor, and holds the town harmless for any acts so perpetrated by the towing contractor, his or her agents, or representatives.
