All towing or wrecker services must have at least two operational wreckers, available at all times, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, holidays included. A wrecker must be properly registered to only one wrecker service at the time of application. A wrecker may only be used by one wrecker service on the town's rotational system for the duration of the agreement. Any changes to wrecker assignments during the agreement period must first be approved by the Town Police Department.
