(A) The towing contractor must be properly licensed to conduct business in the town.
(B) The place of business, operation of the towing or wrecker service, and the storage facility along with all lifting equipment and capabilities must be located at one location and within four miles of corporate limits of the town.
(C) Towing contractors in the Town Police Department rotation system shall not conduct a wrecker service from their residences or from any residential area.
(D) The towing contractor's phone number, after-hours phone number and physical location must be listed on a valid and operational website or easily accessible through an internet search. Office staff must be present and available during normal business hours throughout the work week (M-F), except for approved town holidays.
