§ 155.028  EXCEPTIONS.

   (B)   Following notification from the Director of Planning and Development, or her or her designee, the Subdivider shall then proceed with site development, marking of lots, easements and buffers, and preparation of a Final Plat.
   (C)   Upon completion of site development, a Final Plat shall be submitted.
