§ 155.024 PRELIMINARY PLAT REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   The Preliminary Plat shall be legibly drawn to prescribed scale.
   (B)    Said Preliminary Plat shall include, at a minimum, the information listed in the Preliminary Plat Application Checklist provided by the Department of Engineering and Development Services, as may be amended from time to time.
