(A) Any violation of these regulations or amendments thereof, including the transfer or sale of property by reference to, or exhibition of, or by other use of plat of land without the required approval of the Planning Commission or Department of Engineering and Development Services, as applicable, as required for recording, shall be a misdemeanor under the laws of the state, punishable as other misdemeanors as provided by law; and the description by metes and bounds in the instrument of transfer or other document used in the process of selling or transferring shall not exempt the transaction from such penalties.
(B) The Town, through its attorney, may enjoin such transfer or sale or agreement by action of injunction.
