The town may elect to have an illegally moored or anchored watercraft or floating structure, a stolen or abandoned, junked, adrift, destroyed, salvaged or seized watercraft, floating structure or outboard motor remain in its found location until such time as the owner of same is located, the watercraft, floating structure or outboard motor is sold, or all courses of law herein are fulfilled.
