§ 140.05 SCOPE.
   The provisions of this chapter and other applicable laws of this state, including but not necessarily limited to, Title 50 of the South Carolina Code of Laws, shall govern all activity and matters related to abandoned watercraft on the public land and waters of the town and the state that are located within the jurisdictional limits of the Town of Mount Pleasant.
