§ 140.04 DECLARATION OF POLICY.
   It is the policy of the town to promote safety for persons and property in and connected with the use, operation and enjoyment of vessels on the public land and waters of the town and the state that are located within the jurisdictional limits of the Town of Mount Pleasant.
