§ 136.42 DEPOSITING HANDBILLS ON UNINHABITED OR VACANT PREMISES.
   No person shall throw or deposit, or cause to be thrown or deposited, any commercial or noncommercial handbill in or upon private premises which are temporarily or continuously uninhabited or vacant.
