§ 134.02 INTERFERENCE WITH OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES.
   (A)   No person shall carelessly or willfully interfere with, resist, hinder, or obstruct any officer or employee of the municipality who is engaged in, en route to, or returning from, the performance of official duty, whether such interference, resistance, hindrance, or obstruction be by threat, assault, or otherwise.

   (B)   It is a defense to prosecution under this section that the hindrance, obstruction, resistance, or interference alleged consisted of speech only.
