§ 134.01 FALSE ALARMS; INTERFERENCE WITH FIRE ALARM SYSTEM.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person knowingly to give or cause to be given any false alarm of fire by means of the fire alarm system or otherwise, or to interfere with the fire alarm system of the municipality for the purpose of giving any false alarm or for hindering those in authority from giving any regular alarm of fire. The alarm may be sounded by any citizen for the purpose of reporting a fire.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person knowingly to give or cause to be given any false alarm of the need for police protection or assistance.
