§ 132.04 DISTURBING SCHOOLS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person shall willfully or unnecessarily at any time on any day:
      (1)   Interfere with or disturb in any way or in any place the students or teachers of any childcare facility, school or college.
      (2)   Loiter about such childcare facility, school or college premises; or
      (3)   Act in an obnoxious manner thereon.
   (B)   No person shall at any time on any day:
      (1)   Enter upon childcare facility, school or college premises, or
      (2)   Loiter around the premises, except on business, without the permission of the principal or person in charge.
   (C)   For purposes of this section, the term "childcare facility" means a facility, by whatever name known, that is maintained for the whole or part of a day for the care of children who are 18 years of age or younger, whether the facility is operated with or without compensation for such care and with or without stated educational purposes. This term includes, but is not limited to, facilities commonly known as day care centers, school-age childcare centers, before and after school programs, nursery schools, preschools, day camps. and summer camps.
