§ 132.02 DISORDERLY CONDUCT.
   Any person who shall do or engage in any of the following shall be guilty of disorderly conduct, which is prohibited:
   (A)   Any person who shall act in a violent or tumultuous manner toward another whereby any person is placed in fear of safety for life, limb, or health.
   (B)   Any person who shall act in a violent or tumultuous manner toward another whereby property of any person is placed in danger of being destroyed or damaged.
   (C)   Any person who shall endanger lawful pursuits of another by acts of violence, angry threats, or abusive conduct.
   (D)   Any person who shall cause, provoke, or engage in any fight, brawl, or riotous conduct so as to endanger life, limb, health, or property of another.
   (E)   Any person who shall assemble or congregate with another or others for the purpose of causing, provoking, or engaging in any fight or brawl.
   (F)   Any person who shall be found jostling or roughly crowding or pushing any person in any public place.
   (G)   Any person who shall congregate with others or in crowds for unlawful purposes, as defined by federal or state law, this code, or other ordinances.
   (H)   Any person who shall assemble or congregate with another or others for the purpose or with the intent to engage in gaming.
   (I)   Any person who shall frequent any public place with intent to obtain money from other persons by illegal and fraudulent schemes, tricks, artifices, or devices.
   (J)   Any person who assembles for the purpose of engaging in any fraudulent scheme, device, or trick to obtain any valuable thing in any place, or from any person, in the municipality, or who shall aid or abet therein.
   (K)   Any male person who shall accost or attempt to force his company on any female person or attempts to pick up any female person.
   (L)   Any person who frequents any place where gaming or the illegal sale or possession of alcoholic beverages or narcotics or dangerous drugs is practiced, allowed, or tolerated.
   (M)   Any person who shall use fighting words directed towards any other person who becomes outraged and thus creates turmoil.
   (N)   Any person who shall assemble or congregate with others for the purposes of trouncing on another.
   (O)   Any person who shall by acts of violence interfere with another's pursuit of a lawful occupation.
   (P)   Any person who shall congregate with another or others in or on any public way so as to halt the flow of vehicular or pedestrian traffic and refuses to clear such public way when ordered by the police or other lawful authority.
   (Q)   Any person who, without legal cause or good excuse, enters into the dwelling house, place of business, or on the premises of another person after having been warned within six months preceding not to do so or any person who, having entered into the dwelling house, place of business, or on the premises of another person without having been warned within six months not to do so, fails and refuses, without cause or good excuse, to leave immediately upon being ordered or requested to do so by the person in possession or his or her agent or representative shall, on conviction, be punished as provided in § 130.99.
