§ 131.05 TAMPERING WITH PERSONAL PROPERTY.
   No person shall, without proper authority, carelessly or willfully tamper with, damage, deface, remove, molest, render inoperative, or otherwise interfere with any apparatus, equipment, tools, books, records, furniture, or other personal property belonging to or leased to the municipality or any agency thereof.
