§ 117.04 APPLICATION.
   To qualify for economic development incentives, application shall be made to the Town Administrator, or his or her designee, in a written format provided by the town. The application shall, at minimum: identify the incentive(s) sought; describe the nature of the business and the project for which an incentive is sought; include a description of the site, its size and its potential for expansion; describe the anticipated capital investment broken down between site, facility and equipment, and the time frame of the investment; identify the existing number of jobs and the anticipated number and type of new jobs to be created throughout the grant period; provide the average salary ranges of jobs; provide the anticipated annual town tax revenues to be generated over a five-year or two-year period depending on the incentives sought; identify whether the business is located in a Key Development Zone and whether it complies with the identified Target Clusters; and such other information as may reasonably be requested by the Town Administrator to assist in the evaluation of the application.
