§ 116.07 APPEALS.
   Any business, organization, person or entity that feels it has been improperly denied a special event permit pursuant to this chapter may appeal the decision to the Police, Judicial and Legal Committee pursuant to the following requirements:
   (A)   Specific grounds for the appeal must be stated in writing within five working days of receipt of the decision.
   (B)   An appeal hearing shall be held by the Police, Judicial and Legal Committee at its next regularly scheduled meeting, after receipt of a written request for the same, and a decision shall be rendered at the conclusion of that hearing.
   (C)   The decision of the Police, Judicial and Legal Committee is final.
