§ 114.99 PENALTY.
   The penalty for violation of this chapter shall be 5% per month, charged on the original amount of the municipal accommodations fee due, up to a maximum of 100%. Additionally, violators may be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, subject to a $500 fine and/or imprisonment for up to 30 days for violation of this chapter.
