§ 113.23 EXEMPTIONS.
   (A)   Juvenile alone with parent. No provision of this chapter shall apply to a parent or guardian over the age of 21 giving an alcoholic beverage to his/her children or wards under the age 21 in their home, so long as such beverage was purchased and transferred legally.
   (B)   Spouse to spouse. No provision of this chapter shall apply to a spouse over the age of 21 giving an alcoholic beverage to his/her spouse under the age of 21 in their home, so long as such beverage was purchased and transferred legally.
   (C)   Religious ceremony or purpose. No provision of this chapter shall apply to a person giving an alcoholic beverage to another person under the age of 21 in conjunction with a religious ceremony or purpose, so long as such beverage was purchased and transferred legally.
