(A) The alarm user shall at all times maintain the alarm system in a continuous state of good repair and maintenance acceptable to the Communications Director.

(B) All alarm businesses shall have qualified repair and maintenance personnel available for call by the Department 24 hours a day, every day of the year. All alarm businesses shall have personnel available to respond at the request of the Department to any alarm location within 30 minutes of notification.
