§ 110.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 110.20et seq. shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of an offense, and shall be subject to a fine of up to $500, or imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or both fine and imprisonment.
      (1)   Each day of violation shall be considered a separate offense.
      (2)   Punishment for violation shall not relieve the offender of liability for delinquent taxes, penalties and costs provided for herein.
   (B)   Pursuant to the town code, the License Official or any law enforcement officer may issue an ordinance summons for violation of §§ 110.20et seq.
