§ 95.07 OBSTRUCTING STREETS, RIGHTS-OF-WAY, AND SIDEWALKS.
   (A)   No person shall, without proper authority, place any obstruction in the streets or sidewalks of the municipality. This shall include, but is not limited to, the placement of bollards, rocks, landscaping, or other materials on town property, or within a public right-of-way, which pose a risk to public safety or is an obstruction to traffic or public access.
   (B)   Tree limbs over public streets should allow 15 feet of clearance underneath to provide safe passage for vehicular traffic. Above sidewalks or other multi-use paths, the clearance should be seven feet.
