§ 95.02 RESPONSIBILITY OF TENANTS AS TO MAINTENANCE.
   Wherever any building abutting on any sidewalk is divided into several apartments, offices, or other division, and is occupied by more than one tenant or occupant, the duty and responsibility for the maintenance of the sidewalk on which such building abuts shall devolve upon each and every tenant occupying the building on any part thereof jointly and severally.
