§ 95.01 CLEANLINESS OF SIDEWALKS.
   It shall be the duty of the occupant of every building and the owner of every unoccupied building or vacant lot abutting on a sidewalk in the municipality to keep and maintain such sidewalk to the curb line thereof in a clean and proper condition, and free from trash, rubbish, and unsightly grass and weeds.
