§ 90.87 PROCEDURE FOR SEARCH WARRANT AND SEIZURE.
   When complaint is made on oath or affirmation to any magistrate or municipal court judge authorized to issue warrants in criminal cases that the complainant believes or has probable cause to believe that this chapter in relation to animals has been violated in any particular building, premises, or place, such magistrate or municipal court judge, if satisfied that there is reasonable cause for such belief, shall issue a search warrant authorizing any law enforcement officer, accompanied by an Animal Control Officer, to search the building or place, but no search shall be made after sundown unless specially authorized by the magistrate or municipal court judge upon satisfactory cause.
