§ 73.24  RECORDS.
   The Police Department shall keep a record of the date of issue of each license, and each entry shall show:
   (A)   The license number.
   (B)   The name, address, and age of the licensee.
   (C)   The make, type, and frame or serial number of the bicycle licensed.
