(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to drive in front of, cross the path directly in front of, or race with any fire truck or firemen's cars while on the way to or from a fire.
(B) No driver of any vehicle, other than one on official business, shall follow any fire apparatus traveling in response to a fire alarm closer than 500 feet, or drive such vehicle into or park such vehicle within the block where fire apparatus has stopped in answer to a fire alarm.
