(A) No person shall drive or operate a motor vehicle within the municipality at a speed in excess of the posted speed limits.
(B) No person shall drive or operate a motor vehicle within the municipality at a speed in excess of 25 m.p.h. on any town street where no speed limit is posted, unless otherwise specified by state statute.
