§ 71.050 RECKLESS DRIVING.
   Any person who is driving any vehicle in such a manner as to indicate either a willful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property is guilty of reckless driving. In addition, any second or subsequent offense shall render the offender liable to suspension of his or her driver's license, as provided in S.C. Code § 56-5-2920.
