§ 71.012 CARRYING PASSENGERS ON BICYCLES OR MOTORCYCLES.
   The operator of a motorcycle or bicycle, when on a street, shall not carry any other person on the handlebar, frame, or tank of any such vehicle, nor shall any person so ride on any such vehicle.
