§ 71.007 UNNECESSARY USE OF HORNS, SIRENS, AND LOUDSPEAKERS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to unnecessarily blow any horn or unnecessarily use any other sound signal.
   (B)   The use of any cutout exhaust whistle, loudspeaker, or siren by any person in the operation of a motor vehicle in the municipality is prohibited, except by the operator of an authorized emergency vehicle in an actual emergency.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person in the operation of a motor vehicle to cause or allow any loud, excessive, or unusual noise in the operation or use of such motor vehicle on any of the streets of the municipality.
