§ 52.05 BOUNDARIES AND JURISDICTION.
   The boundaries and jurisdiction of the Stormwater Utility Management Program shall extend to the corporate limits of the town, including all areas hereafter annexed thereto, and such additional areas lying outside the corporate limits of the town as shall be approved by the Town Council.
