§ 52.02 TITLE AND AUTHORITY.
   This chapter may be cited as the Stormwater Utility Management Program Ordinance and is adopted pursuant to S.C. Code § 6-1-330, §§ 48-14-10 - 48-14-120, and 26 S.C. Code, Regs. 61-9, 72-300 to 72-316.
