§ 51.117 WATER CONSERVATION.
The conservation of water shall be encouraged by the Manager. In establishing discharge restrictions for users, the Manager shall consider already implemented or planned conservation steps revealed by the nondomestic user. At the Manager's request, each nondomestic user will provide pertinent information showing that the quantities of substances or pollutants have not been, and will not be, increased as a result of the conservation steps. After such a showing is deemed satisfactory, the Manager shall adjust the discharge restrictions, which have been based on concentrations, to reflect the conservation steps.
