§ 51.053 EXISTING BUILDING WATER.
   If a building connected to the public water system is abandoned or demolished, the existing meter must be disconnected and/or removed by MPW to prevent any unauthorized use of water. Prior to issuance of a building permit for the reconstruction of a building, the meter shall be reinstated for use by MPW.
