§ 51.015 FAILURE TO COMPLY.
   The Commission is authorized and empowered , at its sole discretion, to discontinue any services it provides, if any customer or user violates, refuses, or fails to comply with the current guidelines, policies, resolutions, or ordinances set forth and amended from time to time by the Commission or the town.
