§ 51.003 RESOLUTIONS.
   The Commissioner may from time to time promulgate guidelines, policies, and adopt resolutions concerning the management and/or operations of the water and/or wastewater facilities. The Commission has full authority to adopt guidelines, policies, and resolutions as necessary.
