The following functions and duties will be accomplished by the Department of Engineering and Development Services:
(A) Coordinate with appropriate departments on development of the town's Long Range Transportation Plan and Transportation Impact Fees:
(B) Propose, develop and manage projects and programs for the Town's Capital Improvement and Capital Maintenance Programs;
(C) Manage and enhance infrastructure, traffic control systems and programs related to vehicular, bicycle/pedestrian and other modal networks within the town;
(D) Propose, develop and manage stormwater and water quality projects, programs, and systems to address compliance with state and federal laws;
(E) Administer, coordinate, direct. and enforce code provisions relating to land development regulations, building codes and regulations, collection of impact fees, and other related matters as provided in this code of ordinances or any other town or state ordinances/statutes.
(F) Any other matters related to divisions (A) through (E) hereinabove.
