§ 39.05  TOWN RECORDS CUSTODIAN.
   The Director of Administrative Services shall be the overall legal custodian of the public records of the town and shall be responsible for carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the Town’s Public Records Program pursuant to this chapter and S.C. Code Chapter 1, Title 30, 1976, as amended. The Records Custodian shall appoint in writing a Town Records Manager to act on his or her behalf in carrying out program responsibilities as specified hereinbelow.
