§ 35.04 JURY COMMISSIONERS.
   The Clerk of Court and his or her assistant shall serve as jury commissioners for the Municipal Court. The Council shall appoint not less than three nor more than five persons to serve as jury commissioners for the Municipal Court in accordance with S.C. Code § 14-25-155.
