§ 33.13 FIREFIGHTERS’ INSURANCE AND INSPECTION FUND.
   Since the state has enacted a law providing for the payment of a firefighters’ fund tax by fire insurance companies for business done in cities and municipalities within the state, and since the firefighting equipment of the municipality, fire inspection of buildings, and membership in the South Carolina State Fireman’s Association qualifies it to partake from this fund, under certain prescribed regulations, the municipality accepts all terms and conditions of the act of the State General Assembly pertaining to the same.
