The Fire Department shall not answer any fire, medical assist, rescue or other emergency calls outside the municipal limits, except under the following conditions:
(A) Responding to a call from another municipality or government agency under a pre-signed and approved automatic or mutual aid agreement, including the statewide mutual aid program.
(B) Responding to a call from within an area designated as the East Cooper Fire District.
(C) Responding to a call from Charleston County Emergency Medical Services, the Charleston County Rescue Squad, or town, county or state police for assistance at entrapment, wreck, drowning or other life-threatening emergency.
