§ 33.10 FIRE MARSHALS.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the Chief of the Fire Department to appoint any one of several Fire Marshals.
   (B)   As designated by the Chief of the Fire Department, the Fire Marshals shall administer and enforce the provision of Chapter 92 of this code, and he or she shall have such powers and perform such duties as may be provided for him or her in the chapter or as provided in any other town or state ordinances/statutes.
