§ 33.08 ASSISTANT FIRE CHIEF.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the Chief of the Fire Department to appoint an Assistant Fire Chief.
   (B)   The Chief shall submit the name of such person selected, with his or her recommendation, to the Town Administrator for final approval.
   (C)   The Assistant Fire Chief shall be second in command of all Fire Department operations and administration, and in the Chief’s absence shall assume all duties and responsibilities of that position.
