§ 33.06 CONTROL AT SCENE OF FIRE OR EMERGENCY.
   The Chief of the Fire Department shall have control of operations at the scene of a fire, hazardous materials incident, entrapment, rescue, or other Fire Department-related emergency. In the event of the Chief’s incapacity or absence, such control shall devolve upon the Assistant Chief, Battalion Chiefs, and company officers. In the event of the incapacity or absence of the Assistant Chief, Battalion Chiefs, or company officers, such control shall devolve on a the most senior paid member of the Fire Department present at the scene.
