§ 32.10 COMMITTEE ON BUDGET.
   The Committee on Budget shall consist of nine members [the Mayor and all eight members of Council] whose duty it shall be to prepare the annual supply ordinance for approval of the Council, upon the advice and recommendation of the Town Administrator.
