§ 32.06 HUMAN RESOURCES COMMITTEE.
   The Human Resources Committee shall consist of a minimum of three and a maximum of four members of the Town Council, said numerical make-up being at the discretion of the Mayor, to whom shall be referred all personnel matters pertaining to the policies as may be stipulated in the Human Resources Guidelines.
