The Committee on the Police, Municipal Court, and Legal Department shall consist of the Mayor, acting as Chairperson, and three members of Council to whom shall be referred all appropriate matters related to the public safety, peace, and tranquility and general welfare of the municipality in regard to the Police Department, the Municipal Court and Legal Department, in addition to appropriate matters related to the daily operations of the departments.
